Do you know how you de-stress? Most people know what stress is and how it feels, but so many don’t know how to relax properly.
In this 1,5h workshop, we will experience different kinds of science-proven relaxation techniques, so you can relax properly and feel fresh and ready for whatever challenge comes. But also know next time you are stressed what technique can help you to relax.
We will start with mindfulness meditation. I will guide a relaxing Hatha-based yoga class with some restorative elements and we will finish with a body scan.
