Over Gianna
Hello, I’m Gianna, and I’m excited to be your new yoga teacher. My journey with yoga began just a few years ago, but it quickly became a transformative part of my life. The joy, calm, and overall well-being that yoga brings are what I’m passionate about sharing with you through my teachings.
I completed my 200-hour Sivananda yoga training in Bali last year, and today, I draw from the traditions of Hatha yoga while also incorporating elements of Vinyasa and Sivananda into my classes. My goal is to help you deepen your connection to both mind and body, offering physical challenges to build strength and focused meditation to enhance mental clarity.
In my classes, you'll find a supportive environment where all levels are welcome, and where the focus is on exploring your personal potential. Whether you’re here to build physical strength, find presence of mind, or simply discover a new sense of balance in your life, I'm here to guide you on your journey.
