At the end of 2016 I attended my very first yoga class, not knowing what to expect. I was not flexible at all (which isn't even required) and did not understand the complexity of the postures, let alone their names. Yet, I kept showing up in the shala. Slowly but surely, I discovered the wholesomeness of practicing yoga asana on a regular basis and fell in love with it. So much so, that I decided to immerse myself into multiple types of yoga by following yoga teacher trainings in Yin (200 YTT) Ashtanga (200 YTT) and trauma sensitive yoga (100 YTT).
It's my personal journey of healing and self-discovery that fuels my passion for guiding others on their journey for overall well-being. I understand firsthand the power of yoga in moving through life's challenges.
